Kelly Rutherford, Gossip Girl star who plays Blake Lively’s mom on the show has taken out a restraining order against her ex-husband, German entrepreneur Daniel Giersch.
The star claims that her ex-husband has repeatedly harassed her, her nanny and mother according to documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court.
